Free shipping and quick deliveries with DHL. Estimated delivery time after ordering: 2-3 business days for shipments to Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. 3-5 business days for the rest of the European countries.

● Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. You will find the terms of payment within 14 days here.
● Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna, which allows the borrower to pay monthly purchases of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the cash-approved terms. If you return part of or the complete order, we will deduct 5 EUR (Sweden) or 10 EUR (Rest of the world) to cover the return freight if you are using our pre-paid waybill. Please contact us here to receive the waybill.
Please note that we will NOT accept or collect returned packages that are delivered to a Service Point, Post Office or likewise. To make sure your return will reach us, please contact us to receive the pre-paid waybill.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE
We offer free right to exchange within 14 days. If you wish to change to another item or just want to change the size/color, we will not charge you for the shipping costs for your new items. Please contact us here to receive the waybill.
We reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling that arises in the case of uncollected parcels (handling costs, shipping costs, etc). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 250 if a package is not collected. The parcel will be available at the Service Point for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to collect the parcel and then return as described above. Make sure to collect your parcel at the Service Point to avoid unnecessary fees.
